Obama set to release “greenbook” outlining future tax proposals

The United States Treasury department is set to release the Obama administration’s tax proposals for the fiscal year 2013.   The proposal outlines ways to address the cost of education increases that we have been seeing for many years.  He also proposes to make some current tax breaks permanent and extending the Working Poor tax credit.  The proposal attempts to make the American Opportunity Tax Credit permanent.  For more information about the “greenbook” that the Obama administration proposed this week please visit Accounting Today and read this article: http://www.accountingtoday.com/news/Treasury-Releases-Greenbook-Budget-61717-1.html.
